Dean Rock came to Dublin's rescue with a 69th minute equalising goal against Tyrone right at the death last night.

Speaking afterwards, the Setanta Sports' 'man-of-the-match' admitted the team in sky blue were lucky to come away with a share of the spoils.

It finished Dublin 1-9, Tyrone 0-12 in Croke Park.

"We kept going until the final whistle, showed a never-say-die attitude and we're just thankful to get a draw at the end of the day," the Ballymun clubman - who shot 1-6 in total - remarked shortly after the final whistle.

"We were three points down and staring defeat in the face.

"We just managed to orchestrate a goal and, thankfully, hung on for a draw then at the end."
