Galbally U14 division 1 final

Our U/14's sealed a thrilling County Final victory on Sunday against the ever valiant Mungret in a contest which saw both teams at level pegging (1-6 to 1-6) in the dying minutes of the game. Galbally however showed their true grit and class by scoring a further 2 goals and 2 points to win on a scoreline of 3-8 to 1-6. Scenes of immense jubilation followed from the massive Galbally crowd who very kindly came out to support the boys on a beautiful crisp October evening. This astounding display of football has capped off another great year for this group of players. We would like to sincerely thank the boys trainer, Kieran Hickey, their Manager Mike McCabe and their Selector, Lar Flynn and special tribute must be paid to all the parents for their support throughout the year. Finally, to the supporters, thank you for coming out and showing your support for this talented group of players who never fail to entertain and impress on the field of play. The future is very bright indeed in the hands of this group of boys
