St Clarets Chairman John Kelly, along with senior player Patrick Lynott, display the framed jersey that was recently presented to McAleer and Rushe.
Committee members from west London club St Clarets GFC were this week delighted to present Tyrone-based construction firm McAleer and Rushe with a framed jersey in recognition of the company's decision to sponsor the Intermediate side for the 2013 season.

The new jersey received its debut in a recent Murphy Cup match and the sponsorship has given everyone in the club a boost as they mount their challenge for Intermediate honours in 2013.

Speaking about the sponsorship, club Chairman John Kelly said: "It's a very generous gesture from the management at McAleer and Rushe and it is one we would like to sincerely thank the company for.

"From our club's point of view, it will hopefully help to further increase our profile both in London and in Tyrone."

The club have long, well-established links with Tyrone and have previously been captained by current Dublin senior player and Derrylaughlan native Paddy Quinn, as well as having other Tyrone players like Michael Rouse from Brackaville, Marty Hughes from Clonoe, Brian McSorley from Castlederg and Mickey McConomy from Newtownstweart represent them.

Currently Aidan and Paddy Donaghy from Derrylaughlan and Eammonn Hughes from Clonoe are among the senior team players.
