Strabane Sigersons Club Notes

Annual Awards Dinner Dance:
The clubs Annual Awards Dinner Dance in conjunction with Sigersons Ladies will take place this Saturday night 22nd November in the Fir Trees Hotel. The club will have the O'Neills Sportswear Tyrone Division 3 League and Division 3 Reserve League trophies on display and are also hoping to have the Sam Maguire and the Tom Markham Cups present. Special guests at the function will include Tyrone players Joe and Justin McMahon, Tyrone Minor manager Raymond Munroe and Tyrone Ladies Secretary Maggie Skelton.
The clubs Senior and Reserve teams that won their respective leagues will be presented with their medals at the function. Tickets priced at £20:00 each are now available from Ignatius Maguire, Aodhán Harkin, Teressina Bonner and Ciarán McLaughlin. Tickets are also available at the Social Club. Davy Kerrigan will provide the music and everyone attending is asked to note that the meal will be served at 8:30pm sharp.
Annual General Meeting:
The clubs Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 2nd December @ 7:00pm in the clubrooms. All members, players, parents and supporters are invited to be in attendance. If you wish to play your part in the future direction of the club then please come along and lend your help and assistance. Nomination and motions forms are now available at the clubrooms or they can be downloaded from the club website. Completed forms should be returned to Aodhán Harkin by Friday 28th November.
Club Mass:
The Annual Club Mass for deceased club members and their relatives will be held in Sigersons Social Club on Wednesday 3rd December @ 7:30pm with Fr Declan Boland P.P. the concelebrant. Everyone welcome to attend.
Scór na nÓg:
Best wishes are extended to the clubs Instrumental Music Group who will participate the Tír Eoghain Scór na nÓg final this Sunday at Killeeshil. To date they have done the club very proud and we wish to pay tribute to them and the other club participants in the earlier rounds and not forgetting the hard work and effort put in by the clubs Cultural/Irish Language Officer Seán Mór Ó Daimhín.
