O'Shea: there's a lot of work to be done

Eamon O'Shea has "huge belief" in his Tipperary players and that's why he decided to stay on as their manager.

Speaking to Tipp FM last night, he said: "We're not there yet, in terms of where we want to be. And I think that's a challenge.

"I'd be optimistic but realistic as well. There's a lot of work to be done.

"The great thing is that I have huge belief in the team.

"I believe in the lads, the Tipp squad but also in Tipperary hurling in terms of what we're trying to do and what we're trying to achieve."
