Fixtures in Tipperary are facing a delay. INPHO

The Tipperary divisional and county senior hurling championships are facing delay after yesterday's All-Ireland final went to a replay on September 27.

While the North SHC final between Nenagh Eire Og and Burgess can go ahead as planned in McDonagh Park next Sunday owing to the fact that neither have county representation, the South, West and Mid SHC finals are set to be postponed because of the involvement of members of Eamon O'Shea's squad in these games.

Tipperary chairman Sean Nugent told the Tipperary Star: "I don't want to pre-empt what the CCC is going to decide in regard to fixtures but the general feeling is sympathetic towards those finals being postponed."

Kilkenny have decided to proceed with a round of intermediate and junior championship games next weekend, but have postponed the senior games that were fixed for the following weekend.
