A number of downpours during the game did not affect the quality of the game which turned out to be very good. We got off to a very slow start and this was what ultimately lead to our downfall when we trailed by 7 v 1 after 15 minutes. But we finished the half well and were behind 0-8 v 0-4 at the break. The lead was reduced further in the half but a burst by the home team midway through it meant we were chasing a goal in the last minutes but their defence held firm and we lost 0-15 v 0-11.
