Brosna Gaels were defeated by St Rynagh's in the Senior Hurling Championship on Saturday in Moystown, on a scoreline of 1-15 to 5-6.
The starting 15 were as follows: Ger Spain, Trevor Phelan, Glenn Halligan, Karl Daly, Chris McDonald, Kevin Lynam, Barry Buckley, Sean Hackett, Des Egan (0-07, 5 frees), Conor Robbins, Thomas Spain (0-01), Jason Devery (0-02),, Fergal Daly (1-03), Alec Moony (0-01),, Alan Lynam.
Subs: Richard Fox for Glenn Halligan, Declan Rohan (0-01) for Conor Robbins, Danny Kelleher for Karl Daly.

Minor
St. David's lost to Coolderry by a single point in the Minor A championship in Coolderry on Wednesday last. St. David's play Tullamore in their next Championship fixture inClara on Tuesday 31st August at 7pm.

Brosna Gaels Minors had a decisive victory over Ballinamere/Durrow on Thursday last. Their next Championship fixture is against Clara on Monday 30th August in Clara at 7pm.

Training takes place on Tuesdays at 6:45 in Ballycumber.

u16
The u16's travelled to St.Dominic's in Roscommon for a challenge match on Tuesday, coming home victorious.

u8 & u10
u6, u8, u10 and u12 teams continue with training in Ballycumber on Mondays at 6:30pm.
U6, u8 and u10's play Clara in Clara on the Kilbeggan Road pitch on Thursday 26th at 6:30pm.
