U21s set for Carlow test
March 05, 2010
Offaly will look to get their Leinster Under 21 football championship campaign off to a winning start this Saturday when they host Carlow at Tullamore.
The young Faithful men have enjoyed decent preparation thus far this season and will fancy their chances with home advantage, but certainly won't be taking Carlow for granted in this first round clash.
The extra incentive for Saturday's game will be that progression means a second round date with minnows Kilkenny, so a chance to go far in this year's provincial championship is clearly their for both teams.
Offaly take on Carlow this Saturday, March 6, in the Cadbury Leinster U21 FC at O'Connor Park, where throw-in has been set for 2.30pm.
