ORLA GREHAN - VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR!
Last Wednesday was a great day all involved with Ferbane-Belmont minor club as Orla Grehan was awarded the Junior Volunteeer of the year award at a ceremony in Farmleigh in Dublin. Orla collected her award from the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, Martin Cullen TD, in recognition of her outstanding work with young players and her timeless efforts in improving her coaching skills. Aside from being a member of Ferbane Ladies football club herself, Orla has spent countless hours working with some of the youngest members of the club and her enthusiasm and commitment has been of massive benefit to everyone involved. Last week's award was fitting recognition for her work and heartiest congratulations go out to her from everyone interested in local GAA.
