Edenderry 1-10 Raheen 1-4 Edenderry scored a convincing win over Raheen last Friday evening to collect the county Division Two league title at Gracefield. Keith McGuinness' first-half goal helped the would-be winners take in a 1-5 to 0-3 lead at the break, while Paddy Rigney kept Raheen in touch. The second-half saw Edenderry pull away even more so with points from Mary Young and Cyril Farrell, and although Raheen pulled back a goal from Conor Carroll, the win was sealed for Edenderry with late points from Robbie Glennon and Stephen Doyle down the other end.
