Clontibret Notes
March 16, 2010Clontibret 0-07, Latton 0-10. Playing against a strong breeze in the first half left us with too much to do for the second. The second half showed a much improved display but despite this we failed to get the vital scores to win the match. We play Magheracloone away this Saturday at 4pm, followed by a home game to Carrick the following Saturday.
Reserve League Div.3
This team takes on Scotstown in Scotstown on Sunday at 5pm.
Senior League
Our first outing in the senior league will be on Wednesday evening, 31st March at home to Ballybay at 7.15pm.
National League Forecasts
Last weekend's N.F.L. forecasts was won by Brian Macklin from Monaghan with 60 points.
Foundation Level Coaching Course
Well done to everyone who completed the Foundation Level Coaching Course last weekend.
Juvenile Induction Night
Our Juvenile Induction Night takes place this Saturday in the clubrooms at 6pm. Each player who is present with a parent will receive a club goody bag. This is a very important meeting with a lot of things to be discussed about the year ahead, so all juveniles are being urged to attend with at least one parent.
Coaches Training
There will be training for u8 and u10 coaches next Saturday, 27th March. This training is only for coaches that have volunteered to do the u8 and u10 coaching. All relevant coaches are asked to attend and if for some reason you can't make it contact Fergal Mone on 0872242726.
U8 & U10 Training
Training for u8s and u10s will commence on Friday 2nd April at 6.45pm sharp and finishes at 7.45pm. All children in the area are very welcome.
U12 Training
Our U12 team opened their season with a deserved win over Sean Mc Dermott's on Saturday. This was a great all round team performance by the whole panel. Training takes place this Friday night at 6:30pm. There will be no game this Saturday the 20th.
U16 Training
Training for u16s continues this Saturday at 4pm in the field.
U14 Training
Training for u14s will begin next Tuesday at 6.30pm in the field.
Juvenile Fundraisers
Table Quiz
There will be a table quiz in the clubhouse on Friday 9th April at 8.30pm in aid of the club's Juvenile Fund. Your support would be greatly welcomed.
Flag Day

Refereeing Seminar for New Referees
Referee Administrator, Jim O'Rourke has organised a Seminar for New Referees in the Hillgrove Hotel on Tuesday 23rd March at 8pm. Frank McDonnell the Ulster and National Tutor will be present. Clubs are urged to send potential new referees to this seminar.
Jersey Incentive Scheme
This scheme will be continued at next Sunday's NFL game, Monaghan v Derry in Scotstown.
