Senior League Clontibret 0-16, Doohamlet 0-11. The team played well last Wednesday to overcome Doohamlet with five points to spare in the end. The next scheduled match, a star match against Ballybay, has been rescheduled due to the hurling championship and will now possibly take place on 19th July. We play Magheracloone at home on Wednesday, 8th July at 8pm. Reserves Division 1 Clontibret 2-16, Truagh 1-06. We had an easy enough win against Truagh at the weekend with some good performances throughout the team. Clontibret 2-13, Magheracloone 2-08. Our O'Duffy Cup tie against Magheracloone on Monday evening was very much a game of two halves. We dominated the first half and went in at the break with a ten point lead. Magheracloone came back strongly in the second half, but we managed to hold on for a five point victory to progress to the quarter finals. Reserve League Division 3 The C team have a home league game against Aghabog on Sunday evening at 7pm. Minors Our minors had a comfortable win over Emerald Sarsfields last week. They play Emyvale next Tuesday at 8pm in Emyvale. U16 League Our u16s had a comfortable win against the Harps on Friday last. We play Emyvale at home on Friday, 10th July. Sympathy Sympathy is extended to the Gorman and McManus families on the death of Sonny Michael McManus in Ballintra during the week.
