wj you are correct the most talked about final in years two teams in one parish only one will leave navan winners. cousins vs cousins neighbours vs neighbours but not many finals can say brother vs brother with two coyne lads playing. Ultans have the youth and the bigger pick of parish but cortown have the fight and the heart and cant be written off in what will be a tight contest.

posh, if no one cares why are you bothering to even read these comments never mind post one. Anyone with an interest in football wouldnt come out with a comment like that. Many neutral gaa goers go to games that do mnot involve their own club, clearly you havent got much interest.

Gary will be there but hopefully we wont need him. And before Cortown fans start complaining how many games did Johnny Murtagh play for them before the under 21 final

Was at this fixture last year in the group stages of the IFC, was a draw. Well fought back by Cortown, question is do St.Ultans have the fire power up front?

Shea Mc Loughin and Sam Yore both rumered to be back in the ultans panel ...can anyone confirm. Ken Renicks did a bit on training during the week aswell, but they fear he has not got enough expierence at this level and so may not feature.

Shea McLoughlin is in Oz, dont know about Yore.

Ultans must be quaking in there boots if they are bringing Gary Rogers back!! How many more lads will they resurrect for this game.

CORTOWN TO WIN!!!!!!!!

Cortown were shown up for the limited side that they were yesterday, namely codd and loughran, take either of these men out and you have a slightly average team, ultans i felt were superior all over the field and could have won by a land slide if they didnt take there foot off the pedal

I was very disappointed with Cortown's display in a poor game overall and I agree with Dinky, Ultans could well have won by a far greater margin. Galligan (don't remember first name) at full back was excellent.

At last revenge for Athboy last year, Cortown should have played Ballinlough in Navan for the experience of playing on a bigger pitch. However the way St Ultans played on the day i dont think it would have mattered. the ultans were just fitter, faster and hungrier. Eventhough Loughran,Codd and skelly are still young they have a lot of miles on the clock. They had no other plan but the long ball into the forwards and Deckie, Ciaran Lynch and Jayo cleaned up all day
