This was O'Mahony's second win of the league campaign and brings them on to 4 points.
Alan Forde's goal was scored on the stroke of half time with a great volley after a good run. This left O'Mahonys 3 points to the good at the break (1-6 to 1-3).
Mark Ward retired with an injured foot immediately after the restart. However, O'Mahonys outscored the opposition by six points to two in the second half to run out seven point winners.
O'Mahonys were best represented by Martin Sherlock, Ian Matthews, Shane Crosby and Forde.
