Simonstown defeated Wolfe Tones on a 2-13 to 0-5 scoreline in Simonstown on Sunday morning last.

Simonstown never looked in trouble and lead 1-7 to 0-2 at the break thanks to a goal from Stephen Moran and some fine free-taking by Andrew Kearney.

Moran grabbed Simonstown's second goal just after half-time and the home team rallied with some fine performances from Stephen Moran, Stephen O'Reilly and Donal Barry in defence.
