Simonstown's Wayne McCarthy gains possession
Simonstown 0-14
Seneschalstown 0-7
Wayne McCathy was on target with nine attempts as Simonstown registered a double score victory over hosts Seneschalstown last Tuesday evening.
There was no repeat of the drama of the recent SFC meeting between these two sides as Colm O'Rourke's charges dominated the understrength Yellow Furze outfit from start to finish.
The team in sky blue led by 0-8 to 0-3 at the break while McCarthy accounted for their entire second half total of six points. All but two of the former Dublin player's total came from placed balls.
It took Seneschalstown seventeen minutes to get the first of their four second half points.
Shane McGivney, Hank Traynor and Joe Lyons also impressed as Simonstown secured a second win of the campaign.
