St Cuthberts overcame visitors Clann na Gael in a high scoring and exciting U14 summer league match in Bohermeen.
A hat-trick of goals from full forward Glen Kavanagh gave the home side a 3 - 03 to 2 - 03 interval lead .
Afurther second half brace from David Rispin ensured that St Cuthberts would remain in front despite a late rally from the Athboy side .
The victory ensured that the Bohermeen parish side qualified for the decider of the summer league.
