Trim 1-12 Cortown 0-9 The first half of this 'A' League Div 2 League game played in Trim on Tuesday evening was evenly contested. The home side scored the only goal of the game on the stroke of half time and this set them up for a good start to the second period. They dominated the third quarter and it was only in the last 15 minutes that Cortown, who were always chasing the game, managed to put some respectability on the scoreboard.
