Dunshaughlin 6-05 O'Mahony's 2-06 After the drama of last Wednesdays draw, there was delight for Dunshaughlin this evening when they got the better of O'Mahony's to win the Under 14 Reserve Final. Liam Carey opened the scoring with two pointed frees before Mark Donnelly pointed. O'Mahony's were back on level terms when they goaled but Liam Carey restored Dunshaughlin's lead with a goal moments later. Mark Donnelly goaled to extend Dunshaughlin's lead before Conor Jennings got a point and a goal to leave the black and ambers in a very strong position going into the break. O'Mahony's managed to pull back two points to leave it 3-04 to 1-02 at the break. Dunshaughlin got a great start to the second half, Conor Jennings pass finding Liam Carey who stuck the ball in the net. O'Mahony's had a purple patch and scored 1-4 before losing a midfielder to a red card. Tommy Kinsella came off the bench to score Dunshaughlin's fifth goal and when Conor Jennings scored a goal and a point the cup was headed for Dunshaughlin.
