Mayo's Barry Moran has been ruled out of this Sunday's Connacht SFC final with Galway after breaking a bone in his hand recently at training. The Castlebar Mitchels player suffered the injury in the closing stages of a county training session last Sunday and faces a stint on the sidelines with the injury, and manager John O'Mahony has admitted that the players has been lucky with his fitness in recent times. "He has been plagued by injury, really, because he had an ankle (problem) and then he had a tummy bug in the lead up to the last game," said O'Mahony. "But we just have to play through it. He's a fine young footballer and hopefully we can stay in the Championship long enough to get the benefit of him. Tweet
