Mayo's Peadar Gardiner
Mayo's Peadar Gardiner could be out for up to three months after breaking a bone in his arm.
The vice-captain sustained the injury during the first half of Sunday's defeat to Dublin in Castlebar.
The Crossmolina clubman had surgery that evening and will definitely not wear the county colours again inside the next six to eight weeks.
The injury leaves Gardiner in a race against time to be fit for Mayo's Connacht championship opener against Sligo at Markievicz Park on Saturday June 5.
