McEneaney revelling in underdog role
June 10, 2009

Monaghan manager Eamonn McEneaney
Eamonn McEneaney believes the underdogs' tag will suit Louth in Sunday's Leinster SFC quarter-final against Laois.
The Wee County failed to impress in their first round win over Carlow (which was played in atrocious conditions at Parnell Park), and as a result, McEneaney feels all the pressure is on Laois.
"We're already written off and I haven't heard our name mentioned by anyone," the former Monaghan star said.
"The pundits are already lining up Laois against Wexford or Kildare so this is a game where we can go out, express ourselves and really go for it.
"There's not huge expectation on our shoulders and that's a great way to be going into any championship match."
McEneaney will wait until tomorrow night before announcing his starting XV as 11 of his senior squad are involved with the junior team - which he also manages - that takes on Dublin in the Leinster semi-final at Haggardstown tonight.
