Patrickswell GAA Club Notes

The Junior A hurlers qualified for the semi-finals of the City League after receiving a walkover from Kildimo-Pallskenry. Patrickswell shall face either Crecora or St.Patrick's in the semi-final.
The Junior B footballers reached a City League semi-final against Claughaun after playing two matches over three days. They beat Ballinacurra Gaels by 2-8 to 2-4 last Tuesday; however they lost by 2-18 to 0-2 against favourites St. Patrick's on Thursday.
Congratulations to the Limerick senior footballers, who defeated Waterford comprehensively in the Munster Championship quarter-final. Best wishes to Limerick's senior hurlers and their Patrickswell representatives against Tipperary in Thurles on Sunday at 4pm.
The Under 10 hurlers had two teams in a blitz at St. Patrick's last Friday. Among those to shine were Jack & Cian Gorman, Patrick Kiely, Josh & Jake Carey and Adam McNamara.
The Under 14 camogie team play Causeway in the quarter-final against Causeway this week. There was a competition for beginner dancers in Cappamore last week. The Under 8s were placed fifth overall. The mixed team were awarded fourth place and the Under 13 girls' team secured second place. Well done to the dancers and their mentors.

The Club Golf Classic is fast approaching. This event is set for Friday 1st June at Adare Manor GC. Teams of four cost €200 and teebox sponsorship is available at €50.
