The Durrow Scarecrow Festival is in full swing at the moment and among the thousands who have flocked (excuse the pun) to the Co. Laois town is none other than Seamus 'Cheddar' Plunkett!

Well, on closer inspection, it's someone who bears an uncanny resemblance to the popular Portlaoise man, who made headlines when he stood down as Laois hurling manager earlier this summer, only to return a week later.

With straw as hands, we can only assume this guy will be entering the All-Ireland Scarecrow championship which has a prize fund of €3,000.
