O'Shea: We are a complete team

May 07, 2008
Amy O'Shea, who picked up the Player of the Match for Cork in their NFL triumph over Cork last weekend, has sent out a warning to the Rebel ladies' opponents this year that they have no intention of ending their dominance anytime soon. Cork emphatically defeated a Kerry side, who had been unbeaten this year until they came up against their neighbours at the weekend, by a score-line 6-12 to 2-10. After putting in a starring performance in the decider, O'Shea made it clear that the All-Ireland Champions still remain the team to beat with regards to ladies' football throughout the country. "We are a complete team. We don't look at the scoreboard. It doesn't matter to us, we just want to press on and get more scores. We love playing for each other."
