Down Ladies footballers provided one of the comebacks of the year so far when they recovered from an 11-point deficit to beat Longford by 3-9 to 3-8 in their Tesco Homegrown NFL Semi-final.

In the most dramatic of finishes, Mayo girl Hazel Jordan scored an equalising goal in injury-time and Natasha Ferris cooly pointed a winning free.
