Aylward up for final challenge

January 26, 2012
St Pat's manager Maurice Aylward expects a stern test in the All-Ireland junior club final.

Victory over Ballygar in the semi-final last weekend set the Ballyraggett men up for a February 11th decider date with Charleville of Cork and the winning manager told the Kilkenny People:

"Beating Ballygar was a step up in class after a Leinster championship that didn't really test us.

"Against Charleville we will have to step up again, but we won't back down from the challenge.

"We will have to improve a lot when facing Charleville. The final will be a totally different challenge.

"We are where we want to be - in the final in Croke Park. The final will be a totally new ball game. We will prepare well and we will be ready."
