Our senior men were defeated by Killcullen in the group stages of the Keogh Cup on Wednesday evening. They now exit the competition after finishing second in the group. Our U9 team made the trip to St Conleths park on Sunday to play in the half time match in the National League fixture between Kildare and Donegal. A total of 29 children made the trip and although all couldn't take the field they were happy to support their team mates on the day. All children thoroughly enjoyed their match and also got to see their heros on the field as well. Afterwards it was off to McDonalds for chips and drinks and they all couldn't wait to get to school the next day to tell all their friends about their day. Many thanks to Kildare Gaa for helping us organise the kids day and also to Ballykelly Gfc who laid on a coach for all the players and family members who couldn't make the journey themselves
