Former Kilkenny star Willie O'Dwyer will lead the Kerry attack in today's Christy Ring Cup opener against Wicklow in Arklow.

O'Dwyer, who continues to play with his home club Mullinavat, is named at centre forward for what is a repeat of last year's final which the Kingdom won. Kerry manager John Meyler has had to plan without Gary O'Brien, Andrew Keane and Bryan Murphy, who are all injured at the present.
