Galway will play Tipperary in a senior hurling challenge this Sunday to mark the official opening of Mullagh GAA's new dressing-rooms and floodlights.

The grand opening, which will mark a new chapter in the east Galway club's history, will take place at 6.00pm, with one of the main highlights set to be the re-enactment of the 1976 Under 14 Championship final between Mullagh and Killmordaly.

The Mullagh senior team will also take on Borrisoleigh of Tipperary in a senior challenge game on the day, before Galway and Tipp do battle under lights at 6.30pm. Tweet
