Sammon wary of Walsh factor

Liam Sammon during his spell as Galway senior football manager
Galway manager Liam Sammon believes Kevin Walsh's role as Sligo boss gives the Yeatsmen an advantage against his team.
The Tribesmen will be hot favourites at Markievicz Park on Sunday afternoon, but Sammon is taking nothing for granted, especially with Galway legend Walsh in the other camp:
"Kevin Walsh has done a very good job with Sligo and he also has the advantage of knowing Galway football inside out. He will have left no stone unturned in his preparations for this match.
"Our lads though haven't forgotten the Connacht final defeat of two years ago - that's still very fresh in their minds - and they know what to expect on Sunday.
"We know that Sligo will put it up to us, but we're also confident that we have the strength in depth to come out of Markievicz with a win."
