TUAM STARS Seniors defeated An Cheathr Rua in the Sweeney Oil League quarter- final at home last Thursday evening, 1-10 to 1-6. On Monday night we drew MÌche·l Breathnachs in the next round of the Senior Championship. Our Junior A team drew with Anach Cuain in the Dunleavy Engineering North Junior A Championship last Sunday in Menlough. It was 1-11 each at the end of normal time and 1-15 each at the end of extra-time. Minor team had a challenge game with Coillte M·ch on Monday evening. This squad will train this evening (Wednesday) at 7.30 U-14s were defeated by Maigh Cuilinn in the A Shield semi-final in Maigh Cuilinn last Tuesday week, losing 1-10 to 1-5. We thank all the players and the 12 lads who are u-13 this year for their efforts during the year, also my selectors Sean Rhatigan, Francis McWalter, Declan Marley and Mick O'Shea who gave me great support during this campaign. Cl Camp for Tuam Stars will take place Monday, July 20th to Friday, 24th at Tuam Stars, Dublin Road Tuam. These dates are amended due to clash with soccer camps. Last week's Lotto draw in association with Tuam Shopping Centre was held for a jackpot of eu5,000 in The Cellar Bar. No one matched four numbers. This week's draw for eu5,150 was held in our Club sponsors Junie's Bar. Numbers 9, 12, 19, 21.
