Heartbreak as 'Batman Ben' loses brave fight

We're said to report the sad passing of five year old Ben Farrell this morning.
A member of the Nursery Section (Grasshoppers) in St. Margaret's GAA Club, Co. Dublin, 'Batman Ben' was diagnosed with a stage IV Wilms Tumour on Christmas Eve 2015.
After 19 bouts of radiotherapy and the removal of his kidney the cancer spread to other places.
A massive fundraising campaign was launched to help meet the cost of sending Ben to the US for life-saving treatment but he tragically lost his brave fight this morning.
