BALLA BALL
Balla Ball (Wall Ball) is a fun activity suitable for all ages . It introduces an element of competitiom into wall ball and is a great way to improve hurling skills.
It improves striking, hand passing and catching and it helps to perfect accuracy, balance and foot movement. It inproves reaction speed and flexibility and develops ball control and co-ordination.

Thge game can be played indoor or outdoor. Three targets with ponits values of 10, 20 and 30 points are placed on the wall. The hurler endeavours to accumulate as many points as possible by striking the ball in rotation at the 10 point, then the 20 point and finally the 30 point target from behind a line marked 25 feet from the wall over a set period (usually 1 minute). The score is the cumulative total of points scored in three /four 1 minute periods.
