Ardglass GAC Weekly Notes
May 21, 2012 The seniors lost at home to Ballymartin last Friday, as in other games this season a slow start caused Ardglass problems as the Whites were 9 points up before the home side replied. Michael Magee showed well at midfield throughout and was ably assisted by Ciaran Dorrian at No6. The next game is away to Glenn on Friday at 7.30pm and also County Feis sevens on Sunday in Ballykinlar where we meet the winners of Saul v Atticall in the Quarterfinals @12pm.
The Reserves lost their first game of the season away to Bryansford on Sunday evening in a tight first half Ardglass went into the break three points down however the early concession of two goals after the restart saw the home side pull away, Next Game away to letrim Sunday @ 7pm
The Minors and U16s both lost at home to St Joseph's last week, the visiting teams keen eye for a goal was the difference in the teams in both games as the amalgamated teams left Ardtole with the points, No Minor game this week, while the U16s have a rearranged fixture with Longstone away on Sunday @12pm.
U14s lost away to Letrim last Monday in a game played in stormy conditions the home side used the weather conditions to their advantage in the first half and Ardglass where unable to close the gap in the second period. Next game away to Bright Monday 28th.
The U12s game against Teconnaught was postponed and will be refixed at a later date, next game at home to St Paul's 12pm Sunday.

The Car Wash was a resounding success last Saturday morning, thanks to all those who supported us and to those Players and Managers who helped wash the cars. A Special thanks to Robert Milligan for use of his property.
Saturday June 2nd there will be Family Fun day at Ardtole, Including the Great 1000 points challenge, where the club players will take part in the sponsored kicking of 1000 points - Full schedule available next week
