County board set down tournament ground rules
May 18, 2012
The Down County Board have outlined the protocol that must be adhered too when hosting or participating in tournaments.
Clubs must inform the county board of their decision to host a tournament and if permission is granted they can then proceed with the competition.
Fees must be paid for insurance, while if the county board grants permission, approval must be sought from the Ulster Council or Croke Park if participation clubs are from outside the county or the province.
