* An Riocht U14 Camogie played Ballyholland at home last tuesday night. It was a great game of camogie with a lot of skill on display. An Riocht had a great start and were a stronger side though out. Scores came from Caoimhe McAlinden, Tiarna Donnan, Ciarri Connors, Emma Cousins, Sinead O'Rourke and Lauren Clarke An Riocht U14 took part in the Ulster Feile final held in Armagh against Liatriom.
This was a one sided match with Liatriom dominating possession throughout the game.

* The first of the annual An Riocht (Down) tournaments take place this Saturday 19 May, it is the 25th Anniversary Paul Farrell Memorial Cup U14 Seven-A-Side

* An Riocht Senior Camogs finally got a match four weeks and two walk overs since their victory in Clonduff but were ring rusty when allowing Ballygalget inflict a

* The U18 Camogs were left disappointed when Castlewellan failed to field at Dunavil on Friday night in the opening league fixture.

points but Clonduff were dominating possession and led 1-6 to 1-2 at the break. Reilly and Declan Doyle popped up with points apiece on the restart but Clonduff replied with ten points in a row before Doyle added a late consolation for An Riocht who went down, 2-16 to 1-5.

* In the U16 football league An Riocht conceded two early goals to visiting Mayobridge but settled to get back on level terms by the break 0-9 to 2-3. Goals from Jack Rafferty and John Paul Farrell (2) on the restart put An Riocht into a winning
position and with Michael O'Rourke prolific from frees An Riocht ran out victors 3-16 to 4-8.

* An Riocht Senior Reserves travelled to Rostrevor on Sunday afternoon. An Riocht ended the first half six points down with scores from Conor Cole (2), Shane Sloan and the returning Ryan Donnelley. An Riocht rallied round after the break and their play wasn't getting finished in the manor which it deserved. As An Riocht surged forward, they left themselves exposed allowing Rostrevor to take their goal chances and put the game out of their reach. Final Score An Riocht 0-8 Rostrevor 4-16

* Names being taken now for a bus to Enniskillen on Sunday 3 June to the Ulster Senior and Minor Championship matches.

* The Social Initiative group enjoyed a visit to the Titanic Experience on Tuesday past. The keep fit class continues on Saturdays from 9.30am.
