Match reports Div Three - Bredagh 2-10 Ardglass 0-13 Ardglass' woes on the road continued on Friday evening at Cherryvale, In an overall poor performance they slumped to a three point defeat after conceding two relatively soft goals, This result leaves them mid table next up is a home game against table toppers Tullylish on Friday night at Ardtole. The Minors had another comfortable victory in the East Down League and remain unbeaten in their section, Kieran Curran and Ciaran Mallaghan where the two best attackers on show, while in defence Malachy Crangle was assured as ever at Centre half back, Stephen Rooney had a sound game in the middle of the park, next up is a home tie against Cil Darragh on Tuesday at Ardtole. The U16s had no game as Drumaness failed to field on Wednesday night; they now have only two games to play in their section and are in contention for top spot. The U12s had no league game this week, however they traveled to Kilkeel to take part in the An Riocht tournament, They played Ballymartin, Bryansford and St Peter's in the group stages and despite losing two of these games a by a point they progressed to the shield Quarter finals where they faced Dromara, In a nail biting encounter they again lost by a point in the dying seconds. However it was a great day out for the boys, their management and those parents who travelled to support the kids. Get Well Soon!
