Ahead of the first weekend of Allianz League action, Donegal Creameries, part of Connacht Gold, have announced the renewal of the Donegal GAA sponsorship. The deal will see Donegal Creameries continue the sponsorship of the All-Ireland champions in a partnership that first began in 2010.

Niall O'Donnell, sales manager for Donegal Creameries said, "We are delighted to be in a position to continue our sponsorship of Donegal GAA, which brought such glory and pride to the county in 2012.

"Donegal Creameries is pleased to continue this great relationship with the Donegal GAA. We are hoping 2013 will be equally as successful. We are a big employer in the area and delighted to be in a position to support healthy vibrant activities such as Gaelic Games, as well as produce high quality dairy products.

Eoghan Sweeney, general manager for Connacht Gold Consumer Foods, also said, "GAA is a huge part of life in every corner of Donegal and our sponsorship enables the County Board to support grassroots development as well as backing the county team."

Donegal return to Jones' Road this weekend for the first time since their All-Ireland triumph as they face Kildare in their opening league game in Croke Park.
