Christopher Bradley hasn't been ruled out of Slaughtneil's All-Ireland club SFC final showdown with Corofin next Tuesday, despite suffering a broken collarbone in the semi-final win over Austin Stacks last month.

While the chances of the highly-rated forward starting at Croke Park are slim, Slaughtneil assistant manager John Joe Bradley has hinted that he could make an appearance at some stage.

"He had an x-ray last Friday and it showed the collarbone has knitted, but it is still very fresh," Bradley told the Coleraine Chronicle.

"We are getting him the best possible treatment to help speed up his recovery, so we will just wait and see.

"He will be included in the panel and if we need him we might just take a chance on him for the last 10 or 15 minutes. Christopher's a playmaker, a goalscorer, and to lose someone of his calibre is always a setback, but we have people on the bench who can cover for him."

The Derry men have no other injury worries ahead of their date with destiny.
