St. Pauls Clothes Collection
The St. Pauls clothes collection to help raise funds for the club is soon coming to an end. Get rid of all that unwanted clobber you have around the house such as clothes, shoes, towels, curtains and bed linen. Bag it all in refuse sacks and bring it down to the club grounds any Monday evening from 6:30-7:30pm or any Friday night from 7pm to 9pm where we will convert it into some much needed funds for the club.

Results
A big win for our men's team in the last round of the league against table toppers Multyfarnham last Saturday evening where the final score was St. Paul's 1-12 Multyfarnham 0-07. Unfortunately we didn't gain promotion but the win sets the lads up well heading into the Championship.
On what was a lovely evening for football the U14 St. Pauls-Delvin lads took to the field in Clonmellon last Thursday to take on visitors St. Mary's Rochfordbridge in the league. Buoyed by an available panel of 21 players, the home team took on their opponents from the get-go and played some wonderful, fast flowing football in the opening half and in the process, scored a hat-trick of goals and some lovely taken points before referee Jimmy Weldon blew his whistle for half time. With the scoreline reading St. Paul's-Delvin 3-07 St. Mary's Rochfordbridge 0-09 at half time, the home team knew that a 2nd half fight back by St. Marys was on the cards however they coped with it admirably and scored another 2-06 before full time including a converted penalty by corner forward Tom Flynn half way through the 2nd half. In the end of a very entertaining & high scoring game the scoreline read St. Pauls-Delvin 5-13 St. Mary's Rochfordbridge 2-15. Well done to the panel and Mentors on an excellent performance. The St. Pauls-Delvin panel that togged out on the night was as follows: Senan O'Driscoll, Oisin Kiernan, Tadgh Horan, Jack Forde, Oisin Kelly, Jamie Reilly, Aaron Fenlon, Kieran Daly, Conor Rennicks, Seb McPherson, Scott Reid, Jody Browne, Dean Quinn, Rohan Morley, Thomas Flynn, Anthony Mulvaney, Thomas Collins, Mark Cully, Diarmuid Reilly, Cody Newman, Kyle Flynn.
Hard luck to our U-12 and Minor teams who both lost out in the league last week. Well done to the U-12 who bounced back from defeat and won their challenge match away to Syddan in County Meath. St. Pauls GFC would like to thank Syddan GFC for the challenge and the hospitality shown to those from our club who made the trip up there.
Our U-10 side made the trip to Mullingar Shamrocks last Tuesday and took on the home side as well as Ballycomoyle. In the opening game our lads lost narrowly to the Shamrocks despite playing some excellent football. In the second game St. Paul's defeated a good Ballycomoyle side which sent the lads home happy. Well done to the 18 players who togged out for St. Paul's and their coaches on their performance this evening.
Well done to the Northern Gaels (St. Pauls-Ballycomoyle-Delvin) Under 16 footballers who defeated Multyfarnham last Monday on a scoreline of 4-11 to 2-05. Well done to all the players and coaches on the win.
