All-Ireland club JHC SF: Charleville at a canter
January 23, 2012
Charleville easily disposed of the threat of Fullen Gaels following an impressive 1-17 to 0-6 win at Walsh Park on Sunday.
The Warwickshire were out of their depth in this match, even though they did lead by 0-2 to 0-1 after eight minutes, but that was as good as it got for the exiles.
Assisted by points from James O'Brien (2), Andrew Cagney, James Casey and Brendan Dennehy, the Cork champions lead by 0-10 to 0-4 at half time.
In the second half, Mark Kavanagh scored the only goal of the game in the 43rd minute to book their place in the All-Ireland final.
