Cratloe's amazing year continued yesterday when they added the Division 3 league football title to their Clare SFC and SHC crowns.
The Blues registered a 2-13 to 2-5 victory over Kilmihil in Kilmihil after surviving a second half fight-back by the runners-up. Cathal McInerney netted late in the first half as Colm Collins' charges took a seemingly unassailable 1-11 to 0-0 lead into the break.
But second half goals from Martin O'Leary and David Killeen brought Kilmihil back from the dead to leave just three points in it, 1-11 to 2-5, with less than 10 minutes remaining.
However, Cratloe replied with points from John Galvin and McInerney before Podge Collins settled it with a late goal.
Cratloe will complete a clean sweep of Clare titles if they can beat Clonlara in the Clare Cup (Division 1 hurling league) final next Saturday.
