Gaelic Games week is beginning this Monday morning in Castletara NS. The idea of the week is promote all that is good within the GAA for a full week, and then on Saturday night prior to the NFL Game V WExford the whole School will play a variety if Go Games and also act as a Guard of honour for both teams.   There is a few important events happening during the week, so feel free to pop out. Photographer's would be very welcome also.  

Monday is Handball & Rounders day where we have Paul Brady (World Handball Champ) & Niamh Egan (Irish Handball coordinator) in attendance. (10am-12noon)   Tuesday is football day where we have Derry Legend and Ulster Council Coach, Tony Scullion & former Armagh All Star Diarmaid Marsden in attendance. (Full fay)   On Wednesday, Kilkenny All Star Eddie Brennan will be coming along with the Liam McCathy Cup. (1pm)  

Then on Friday, President of the GAA, Christy Cooney will be visiting at 11am.   Saturday evening will be the pinnacle of the week where the Teachers and Pupils will enjoy and evening in Breffni Park. (From 6pm)
