Hayden becomes an exile
February 25, 2010

Carlow's Derek Hayden
Former Carlow footballer Derek Hayden will be lining out in the London colours this year, it has been confirmed.
Hayden, who was the Carlow footballer of the Year in 2007, has been forced to move to London due to a lack of work here and he will now play for the exiles.
There have been a huge number of players forced to head across the Irish Sea seeking employment. Hayden's experience will be a massive loss to the Barrowsiders this year.
Hayden is now likely to link up with Donegal footballer Eamon McGee, who has signalled his intentions to play for London also.
