Cork camogie manager Paudie Murray felt experience was the key ingredient behind his side's comeback victory over Kilkenny in yesterday's O'Duffy Cup decider.

Trailing by five points at the break, the Rebels outscored the league champions by 2-8 to 0-3 in the second half to win by 2-12 to 1-9 and claim All-Ireland senior honours for a 25th time.

"I said very little to them at half-time to be honest," he revealed.

"We didn't start well, our game-plan went out the window so at half-time all we said was get back to the game plan and start doing what we're good at. We've put an awful lot into it this year so, heads down, work your socks off really.

"All year, we've had our struggles. There's great character in this team and when they were facing defeat, they came together.

"There's a lot of them there now with six All-Irelands - you can't buy that stuff."
