Meath Camogie news
December 22, 2008
Meath Camogie had Great Success at National Level in 2008 and with John Davis ratified for another year as The Meath Junior Camogie Team Manager, he has already got proceedings underway for the forthcoming year where training commenced in the past three weeks ago. Although he underwent an operation himself for an old knee injury only a few weeks ago he still made it out to training.
The coming year should prove to be another big step for Camogie in Meath as his team will play in Division 3 of the National League and also for the first time play in the All Ireland Junior Competition where playing in Croke park on All Ireland Camogie Sunday is a possibility.
John will have his team out against the Green Star Award winners of 2008 on the 9th January 2009 in Trim at 7.30pm where he hopes to start of the New year on a good note and also possibly scout some players for the coming year.
