Leacy's refusal to line out for the county under-21 squad is believed to be the main reason behind the decision to drop the Glynn-Barntown clubman.
Initially, it was reported that Leacy had joined the Wexford senior football squad, but it seems that a disagreement with a member of the under-21 management team has lead to his omission from the senior squad. Tweet
