Volunteers club notes The Junior footballers maintained their interest in this years championship, overcoming Cloughbawn on a 1-13 to 1-07 scoreline in Patricks Park last Saturday. A first half goal from Danny O'Sullivan, edged the Vols to a 1-06 to 0-04 half time lead. Encouragingly our 1-13 tally came almost entirely from play, and this result ensured a second place finish in the group and a berth in the quarter final draw. Training for all adult teams continues every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at Pairc Garman.
